Welcome to Flowstate ("Flowstate", "we", "us"). Flowstate is a web-based deep-work application providing a focus timer, original music, ambient sounds, and focus analytics, operated by Virzy Guns and available at flow.virzyguns.com. By accessing or using Flowstate you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Flowstate offers a free tier and optional paid features. The core focus timer and a large library of music and ambient sounds are available at no cost. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.
2. Your account
Some features require an account, created via Google sign-in or an email magic link. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use Flowstate.
3. Subscriptions & payment
- Paid plans are available as a recurring monthly subscription for $9.99 per month or a recurring yearly subscription for $59.99 per year. Your chosen billing interval determines when your payment method is automatically charged.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc., which acts as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, applicable taxes, and payment data. Their terms also apply to the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel them. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your access to the paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
- We offer a 14-day refund window for both monthly and yearly plans. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any recurring charge. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Music & content license
The music and ambient audio in Flowstate are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream this content for your own focus and productivity use while your account is in good standing. You may not download, redistribute, resell, sample, or use the audio in your own published works (including videos, streams, or commercial projects) without separate written permission.
5. Acceptable use
- You agree not to:
- Circumvent paid-feature gating, rate limits, or content protections.
- Scrape, mass-download, or rip the audio library or other assets.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Use Flowstate for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
Flowstate, its name, logo, design, software, and content are our property or that of our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.
7. Disclaimers
Flowstate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we make no medical or productivity claims. Focus features are informational tools, not professional advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Flowstate. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Flowstate at any time and delete your account by contacting us.
10. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
