We want you to be happy with Flowstate. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions.
1. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel, your plan stops renewing and you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a period unless required by law.
2. Refunds
- If you are not satisfied with your monthly ($9.99/mo) or yearly ($59.99/yr) subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or a renewal charge.
- Because much of Flowstate is free to try before you pay, refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion and may be declined in cases of evident abuse (for example, repeated refund-and-resubscribe cycles).
3. How to request a refund
Email founder@virzyguns.com from the address on your account, including your order or receipt details. Because Lemon Squeezy, Inc. is our Merchant of Record, approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. You may also contact Lemon Squeezy support directly using the receipt they sent you.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within a few business days. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
